Riveron India is seeking an Instructional Designer who will support the development of engaging digital learning experiences by collaborating with SMEs and senior designers to design and build learning content.
Who You Are:
You have good knowledge of Instructional design fundamentals
You are good at storyboarding
You can independently work on eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate)
You are capable of content structuring and writing
You have attention to detail
You are a team player and can collaborate with SMEs
What You’ll Do:
Develop instructional design documents and storyboards for digital learning.
Convert source material into learner-friendly formats.
Collaborate with subject matter experts in the design and development of eLearning modules, job aids, and training materials.
Collaborate with graphic designers and developers to produce courses.
Conduct basic needs analysis and learning content research.
Perform course reviews and revisions based on stakeholder feedback.
Ensure alignment with instructional design standards and learning objectives.
Work across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-volume development environment.
Qualifications:
Certification or degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
2-3 years of experience in Instructional design
Experience developing digital learning content
