SR. BACKEND DEVELOPER

As our Senior Backend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our backend infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on utilizing Node.js, Next.js, and other cutting-edge technologies to create robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services. You will be responsible for designing and developing RESTful and GraphQL APIs, implementing server-side rendering and backend integrations in Next.js, and architecting microservices and event-driven systems. Additionally, you will create comprehensive technical designs, architecture diagrams, and solution documentation to guide the development process. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of scalability, availability, and security. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Next.js.
• Build high-performance, secure, and reusable RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Implement server-side rendering (SSR), API routes, and backend integrations in Next.js.
• Architect and implement microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Create technical designs, architecture diagrams, and solution documentation.
• Ensure applications meet scalability, availability, and security requirements.
• Participate in architecture reviews and technology evaluations.
• Design and optimize relational database solutions using MySQL.
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance tuning strategies.
• Implement data migration, backup, recovery, and database optimization activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js development.
• Expertise in designing and developing scalable backend services.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL API development.
• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and backend integrations in Next.js.
• Proficiency in microservices and event-driven architecture design.
• Ability to create comprehensive technical designs and documentation.
• Understanding of scalability, availability, and security best practices.
• Experience with relational database design and optimization using MySQL.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and stored procedures.
• Familiarity with data migration, backup, and recovery processes.
