JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Consulting Analyst will be a key contributor to client engagements, supporting data analysis, solution design, and delivery of strategic supply chain and procurement initiatives. This role demands strong analytical capabilities, foundational to intermediate knowledge of supply chain concepts, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural team environment. The ideal candidate is curious, ethical, and eager to grow professionally while contributing to impactful client outcomes.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Client Delivery & Analysis

• Analyze and cleanse complex data sets to extract meaningful insights.
• Create summarized analyses and dashboards using tools like Power BI.
• Support story-building through impactful presentations.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices.
• Assist in strategy development for organizations or categories under supervision.
• Leverage supply chain technologies and Jabil’s internal expertise to deliver strategic work.

Team Collaboration & Communication

• Work effectively in cross-cultural teams.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and client stakeholders.
• Build relationships with junior to mid-level client stakeholders.
• Proactively seek guidance and feedback when needed.

Project Support

• Support development of project plans using MS Projects or Excel.
• Adhere to project timelines and escalate high-risk issues to managers.
• Contribute to firm-building activities beyond day-to-day responsibilities.

Job Qualifications and Knowledge Requirements:Education

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
• Master’s Degree (Preferred)
• Specialization in Supply Chain or related field (Preferred)

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, supply chain, or procurement
• Or a combination of education and experience

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Experience with Power BI for dashboard creation
• Familiarity with MS Projects (preferred)

Knowledge & Attributes

• Foundational to intermediate understanding of supply chain and procurement concepts
• Strong attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills
