Job Responsibilities:
➢Actualización y carga de releases de clientes en SAP.
➢Programación de entregas a clientes.
➢Facturación de embarques.
➢Generación y envío de información de embarques a clientes y empresas de logística. (Forwarders/Transportistas)
➢Revisión de requerimientos en portales de clientes.
➢Actualización de entregas en portales de clientes.
➢Generación y envío de ASN.
➢Revisión de actualizaciones en portales/Sistemas de clientes.
➢Reporte de indicadores clave de desempeño a Gerencia de área.
➢Cumplir y asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de la empresa
➢Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de la matriz de disciplina progresiva
➢Participar en auditorias aplicables al área.
➢Apoya el liderazgo con enfoque de dirección estratégica para las cuestiones de la calidad.
➢Asistencia a entrenamientos/capacitaciones.
