We are seeking a Senior Developer – Team Lead for an immediate, full-time contractual engagement. This role is responsible for leading developers working on module-based delivery, ensuring clear briefing, smooth execution, and timely completion of assigned modules while adhering to defined workflows and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Brief developers on module requirements, scope, timelines, and development standards
- Ensure developers clearly understand deliverables and expectations
- Assign, track, and monitor module-level tasks to ensure on-time delivery
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and resolve development issues
- Ensure adherence to defined workflows, processes, and quality benchmarks
- Conduct regular progress reviews and status check-ins
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; take proactive corrective action
- Coordinate closely with QA teams to support validation and rework cycles
- Ensure accurate and timely JIRA updates for all assigned work
- Review completed modules before they move to QA or final review
- Strong hands-on development experience in module-based projects
- Prior experience in a Team Lead or senior developer role
- Ability to manage parallel workstreams and tight timelines
- Strong communication skills for developer briefing and coordination
- Experience working in Agile / sprint-based environments
- Working knowledge of JIRA or similar tracking tools
