Sr. Engineer - Quality Assurance Engineering Projects (F/M/D)

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include studying the project, drawing, products in detail engineering and quality assurance for projects within given schedule
• Incoming material inspection and test certificate verification
• Adherence to established ISO 9001, OSHS and applicable standards and policies. conduct internal, external, process audits. Identify problem areas and follow up with countermeasures and solutions
• Schedule, review and preparation reports. Respond to customer quality assurance queries and complaints
• Serve as administrator of calibration system, which includes performing calibrations and scheduling
• Perform test as requested for production support and vendors. Supplier product quality monitoring, inspection, assist and submit Supplier Corrective Actions
• Prepare and update quality system procedures, fabrication process plan for different projects

Qualifications:

• Must have Engineering Degree in Mechanical and Master or Management studies will be additional benefit
• Proven track record of atleast 6 to 8 years in quality engineering and inspection of projects. In-depth knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing process, engineering products, Indian and global standards
• Experience and Certifications in Quality, Audits. Working knowledge of inspection and testing techniques, instruments including various types of sampling plans. Ability to read and interpret drawings, GD&T - Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills enable to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop viable solutions
• Establishing Guarantee parameters at site commissioning. Monitor and controlling of Site QA activities
• Good English Communication and writing skills
• Working knowledge of MS office, ERP system support for QA activities, Candidate should possess very high level of interpersonal skills
