We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer. The ideal candidate will be proficient in ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and have experience with tRPC Golang and GraphQL. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience and robust backend functionality, leading the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable web and mobile applications.
This role requires a tech leader who codes, mentors engineers, drives technical strategy, and ensures high-quality, performance-driven product delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end development of web and mobile applications.
- Architect scalable frontend and backend systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code.
- Design RESTful APIs and microservices using Golang.
- Oversee React.js web and React Native mobile application development.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps teams.
- Drive performance optimization and security implementation.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Own technical documentation and development standards.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in:
- React.js
- React Native
- Golang
- Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL / MongoDB / MySQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of system design and application architecture.
