Senior Fullstack Developer

The Role
As a Senior Fullstack Developer at Capco, you will be part of a collaborative engineering team delivering innovative, high-quality software solutions. You will contribute to the full development lifecycle, from design through deployment, helping clients modernize their platforms and enhance their digital capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern fullstack technologies (e.g., MERN stack)
- Build and integrate APIs (RESTful or GraphQL) to support application functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration and performance challenges
- Develop automated tests and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Contribute to technical documentation and provide regular updates on development progress
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with fullstack development, including MERN stack technologies
- Experience working with Oracle or similar relational databases
- Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with SQL and query optimization techniques
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Bonus Points For
- Experience with cloud platforms or modern application architectures
- Familiarity with performance tuning and system optimization
- Experience working in financial services or energy sectors
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
