Sr. HRIS Analyst (Security)

What's the role?
As an Oracle HCM Security Specialist, you will be responsible for the operational security administration and governance of Oracle Fusion HCM (MyHR). This role focuses exclusively on access control, role governance, audit readiness, and compliance, ensuring secure and efficient user access aligned with business and regulatory requirements.Your responsibilities include:

• Managing end‑to‑end user access lifecycle activities including provisioning, de‑provisioning, and access changes in line with role‑based access control (RBAC).
• Maintaining functional and data security roles aligned to standard job roles such as Employee, Manager, and HR Specialist.
• Creating and managing custom job roles, duty roles, and data roles following defined security standards and naming conventions.
• Maintaining and validating security profiles (person, department, business unit, legal employer, country) to ensure appropriate data access.
• Governing privileged access with clear justification, approvals, and segregation of duties for sensitive HR and Payroll functions.
• Supporting monthly and annual access reviews, remediating findings, and maintaining audit‑ready evidence.
• Ensuring correct data segmentation across regions, business units, and legal entities in line with privacy and compliance requirements.
• Maintaining standard operating procedures for access administration, logging, and periodic reviews.
• Acting as a security subject matter expert, advising HRIS and business stakeholders on access impacts and security best practices.

Who are you?

You bring solid experience in Oracle Fusion HCM security administration and a strong understanding of how functional and data security work together in a global HR environment. You are comfortable operating in audit‑driven settings, value least‑privilege principles, and collaborate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams.

You have:

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience managing Oracle Fusion HCM security.
• Strong knowledge of job roles, abstract roles, duty roles, data roles, and aggregate privileges.
• Practical experience with role mappings, provisioning rules, and security profiles.
• Exposure to privileged access governance, access reviews, and audit support.
• A working understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements in global HR systems.
• The ability to communicate security concepts clearly and partner with HR, Payroll, IAM, and IT Security stakeholders.
• Knowledge of JIRA tool as a user like report/progress perspective (collaborate with cross functional team)
