Position : Sr. IAM Consultant
Experience : 8-12 years

Primary Responsibilities:
Engage in requirements gathering and analyze business processes
Installation, Integration, Configuration, and Deployment of IdentityNow solutions
Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support as necessary
Maintain multiple environments following coding best practices and SDLC
Troubleshoot and maintain IDN solutions including product support
Remain current on IAM and IAM market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience
● Extensive development experience in Sailpoint IdentityNow
● Experience and Exposure of using / exposing RESTful APIs using Sailpoint IdentityNow
technologies
● Experience in configuring OOTB connectors (connected & disconnected), transforms,
certification rules, lifecycle rules developments, Password Management.
● Experience in IDN and Okta SSO integration.
● Experience in integration with ITSM tools like Service Now, Remedy etc.
● Able to develop custom connectors to integrate on-prem custom applications
● Experience working with multiple IAM-related technologies, such as Active Directory, LDAP,
HRMS, DBMS, and SaaS applications.
● Knowledge and hands-on experience with the following IAM components:
o Identity Governance & Administration
o Access Management
o SSO/Federation
● Experience working in a hybrid cloud and on-premise environment
● Exposure to CI / CD practices and tools (such as Jenkins).
● Work in an Agile environment as part of a multidisciplinary team.
● Documenting and conducting unit testing
● Delivery of technical design documentation
● 8+ year of experience with IAM administration/implementation
Knowledge Requirements
● Knowledge of Java or similar object-oriented programming language
● Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.)
● Knowledge of enterprise directories (LDAP, Active Directory, etc.)
● Knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ServiceNow)
● Experience setting up and installing software on Windows and Unix platforms
● Experience with the following web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, Web Services, etc.)
● Experience with web application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBOSS, etc.)
