As an Implementation Specialist on the SMB Delivery team in our Gurgaon Office, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality technical implementations that fuel the growth of our SMB publisher ecosystem. You’ll ensure seamless product deployment, drive operational excellence, and help our business teams uncover revenue-impacting opportunities. In this role, you’ll bring technical expertise directly to publishers’ websites—empowering them, strengthening their experience, and shaping the future of our SMB operations.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in an enterprise software environment
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, and Python
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL or Oracle
- Strong technical troubleshooting capabilities and ability to independently execute complex implementations
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical outcomes
- Experience working in a rapidly scaling global business
- Exposure to fraud-related processes, yield optimization, or publisher-side integrations
- Deliver time-critical, technically complex implementations while aligning closely with business stakeholders
- Serve as the team’s technical point of contact, providing guidance, best practices, and support for day-to-day issues
- Handle technical escalations and ensure timely, high-quality resolutions
- Train, mentor, and develop new team members into confident independent contributors
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency at scale
- Ensure end-to-end ownership of implementation cases, minimizing post-launch issues
