THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Order-to-Cash team supports our customers proactively by identifying opportunities for operational improvements and system optimization. The successful candidate will have a record of success in thinking outside the box to find the optimal and scalable solutions to problems.
WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Own the invoicing process by interpreting sales contracts, verifying sales orders and invoices in NetSuite and Salesforce Billing, and delivering the invoices to the customers in a timely manner    
• Process credit memos accurately and in a timely manner and maintain proper levels of approval and documentation    
• Be the subject matter expert for customer record and sales transition details in NetSuite and Salesforce Billing    
• Support and resolve invoicing-related inquiries and requests from external customers and internal cross-functional team members timely    
• Support the accounting close process and revenue reporting requirements such as reconciling invoices, credit memos, and sales tax    
• Partner with the upstream teams to understand the root cause of customer billing issues and propose scalable solutions    
• Assist with audit requests and other ad-hoc projects

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS 

• 4+ years of relevant experience with Mid to Large Tier ERP systems
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.   
• Willing and ability to work Night Shift, coverage through 4:30pm PST (Which will be till 5 AM IST)
• Superior working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel     
• Experience with NetSuite, SFDC, and Avalara is preferred
