ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track project progress
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate and allocate resources, including internal team members and external vendors, to ensure project success
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices
YOU MUST HAVE
- Responsible for project delivery, including: scope, schedule, resources, revenue cash collection, cost, Change Order management, R&O, negotiation, Customer management, Project Team Leadership, Scope Management 3rd party, Quality, Schedule management, communication plan & compliance, proposal support.
- Oversee the collection and preparation of project requirements and associated information to define and manage the project scope
- Use Different project management tools, methods and techniques to develop and execute project plans, schedules, control points, risk assessment and monitoring, resource allocation and status reporting
- Manage the day-to-day project execution, including internal and external meetings, status coordination, schedule and project plan
- Inform management of any deviations from the agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality and provide suggestions for how to bring the project back on track.
- Continually review and prioritize the project-related activities appropriately to enable the Value to be delivered within the timelines committed.
- Identify appropriate resource needs, assigning project responsibilities.
- Monitor and control the financial status of the project (EAC, Billings, cost budgets, milestone payments, rebates, warranty)
- Accurately report the status (resources, technical issues, customer satisfaction) of assigned projects on all key metrics
