The Role:
Our site in Pune, India is seeking a Digital Workplace, Sr. Manager to join our team. The Senior Manager of Digital Workplace will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, development, and implementation of digital workplace solutions that enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and engagement. This role will lead a cross-functional team to drive the digital transformation of the organization’s workplace environment, ensuring the seamless integration of technology to enable a modern, flexible, and efficient work environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Digital Workplace Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the digital workplace, including tools, technologies, and processes that drive collaboration, innovation, and employee experience.
- Lead the identification and implementation of next-generation tools and platforms that enhance remote and hybrid work environments.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure digital workplace initiatives align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Technology Management:
- Oversee the deployment and management of digital tools and technologies (e.g., collaboration platforms, productivity tools, cloud-based solutions).
- Ensure the successful adoption of new technologies, driving user training and engagement to maximize utilization.
- Work with IT teams to ensure the digital workplace technologies are secure, scalable, and aligned with IT governance policies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with IT, HR, facilities, and other business units to ensure integrated solutions that support the digital workplace strategy.
- Lead cross-functional projects related to workplace innovation and transformation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Ensure that the digital workplace tools and processes contribute to an enhanced employee experience and a positive work culture.
- Gather feedback from employees to continuously improve the digital workplace experience.
- Promote a culture of digital fluency, helping employees effectively leverage digital tools to enhance productivity and collaboration.
- Project Management & Implementation:
- Lead and manage multiple digital workplace projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Establish clear project goals, roles, and responsibilities, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital workplace initiatives.
- Change Management:
- Support change management efforts related to digital workplace transformations, helping employees adapt to new tools and workflows.
- Create and deliver training programs to enhance the digital skills of employees.
- Manage resistance to change by addressing concerns and providing support throughout the transition process.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the digital workplace space.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of current workplace solutions and recommend improvements or upgrades.
- Foster a culture of innovation by promoting the exploration and adoption of new tools, techniques, and processes.
What We Seek:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in managing digital workplace programs, enterprise IT, or similar roles.
- 3+ years of leadership experience with direct team management.
- Proven track record in driving digital transformation and implementing technology solutions across an organization.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
- Expertise in project management and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-oriented solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles is a plus.
- Experiencing managing Microsoft ELA.
