We’re now looking for a Senior NetSuite Consultant based in (or near) Pune, with strong ERP delivery experience and a genuine passion for structure, execution, and excellence.
Imagine this: you walk into a boardroom, the clock is ticking, the ERP implementation has hit its critical phases — today you’re not just a consultant, you’re the conductor of the orchestra. At Antire, we’re looking for someone who knows exactly how that moment feels, because you’ve been there. You’ve stood mid-delivery, felt the pressure, seen processes bend and align, and you’ve driven them across the finish line.
Here’s what you’ll dive into:
You’ll not only implement NetSuite end-to-end, you’ll own the story. From scoping the business needs and aligning finance, to weaving in SCM, subscription models or project modules — you’ll stretch your influence across domains.
You’ll translate financial processes into crisp ERP flows: closing the books, orchestrating reconciliations, ensuring audit readiness — it’s the “why behind the numbers” you understand deeply.
Then you’ll raise your head and look around: what about inventory, subscriptions, projects? We expect you to be curious, jump into adjacent domains, and see opportunities where others see complexity.
You’ll craft structure and quality like it’s your signature: build the methodology, set the standard, guide the team, elevate the delivery. Your frameworks will become future playbooks.
You’ll collaborate across continents, time-zones and disciplines: Nordic clients, Indian delivery teams, finance leads, tech architects — you’ll bridge them all. You won’t just speak “ERP” — you’ll speak “business”.

7+ years of experience from NetSuite implementation or similar ERP deliveries
A background as Delivery Lead, Solution Architect, or Senior Functional Consultant
Strong understanding of Finance processes, and curiosity for domains like SCM, Projects, or Subscription
The ability to build structure, methodology, and quality around you
Confidence in communication and collaboration across teams and disciplines
A base in or near Pune, and the ability to work seamlessly with Nordic teams
