Sr. Partner Marketing Manager - India
Genesys is looking for an experienced Marketer to own the APAC partner marketing strategy. As the primary liaison between Global Partner organisation, Sales and Marketing, the Sr. Partner Marketing Manager will need to understand go-to-market and partner sales priorities of the business and build a partner marketing plan.
The Sr. Partner Marketing Manager APAC needs to identify and generate awareness and demand by using a variety of marketing vehicles and tactics. The focus is on the top APAC partners to meet the growth objectives of the business and drive pipeline acceleration. This partner marketer will cover APAC and is responsible for interfacing directly with partner sales leadership, partner account managers and requires strategic marketing leadership, cross-team, and organizational teamwork, excellent communications, and project management skills, along with a passion for driving the right partner, customer and prospect experience.
In this role, you will report to the Sr. Director of APAC demand Generation and you will work closely with the extended team to execute a wide range of demand generation programs to ultimately drive leads and pipeline. The team is seeking someone who is strategic, able to work in a fast-paced organization, and is a team player who will add to the Genesys culture.
Key responsibilities:
Develop a partner marketing plan with input and expertise from key internal stakeholders; to include hybrid, digital and in-person programs.
Manage the relationship with the top APAC VARs, TSD, BPOs and GSIs.
Facilitate the conversation with partner sales stakeholders and align partner marketing plan to meet partner sales and marketing goals.
Develop and drive joint plan to meet and exceed partner marketing and sales objectives, leveraging a mix of events.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with key stakeholders to ensure Partner Sales/Marketing alignment on all programs
Manage the allocated partner marketing budget to drive optimized investment and ROI
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 5 years software/technology partner marketing experience
Experience working with partners (VARs, TSDs, GSIs and BPO) prefered
Highly efficient team player, with the ability to also work independently in a fast-paced, fluid, sometimes ambiguous environment.
Experience creating and delivering events with partners.
Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate with remote management for extended periods of time.
Experience owning pipeline targets is a plus.
High energy and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Knowledge of lead generation and sales cycles for revenue growth
