Join the Strategy Collection Product Marketing team as a strategic Sr. Product Marketing Manager. In this pivotal role, you'll drive growth and adoption of our enterprise strategy and planning portfolio by leading solution positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy and launch planning. Collaborate across marketing, product, and sales teams to create impactful stories and scalable programs. If you're passionate about storytelling and customer-focused, this is the role for you!
  • Product and Solution Specialist: Develop a deep understanding of Atlassian's portfolio and how our expanding enterprise strategy and planning portfolio provides organizations with an unified system of work and accelerates our customers critical business needs. Serve as the go-to expert for solutions knowledge and insights.
  • Market and Customer Expert: Analyze market trends, business impact, and competitor strategies to identify solution opportunities and threats. Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product positioning and messaging. Champion the voice of the customer in all marketing initiatives. Develop strategies to differentiate Atlassian's solutions in a competitive landscape.
  • Creative Storyteller: Craft engaging and persuasive messaging that resonate with our target audience and CxO audiences. Develop thought leadership content that effectively communicates the benefits and value of our solutions.
  • Go-To-Market Strategist: Analyze market trends, business impact, and competitor strategies to identify go-to-market opportunities and threats. Develop strategies, programs and campaigns to differentiate Strategy Collection in a competitive landscape.
  • Data-Driven Business Leader: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, sales enablement and make informed decisions. Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

  • 7-10 years proven experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B industry.
  • Be a passionate, self-starter with a no-B.S., can-do attitude with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling messages.
  • Demonstrated customer-centric approach with a track record of defining successful go-to-market campaigns.
  • Expertise in competitive analysis and market research.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with a bias for action and execution.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and fun environment.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $175,500 - $229,125
Zone B: $158,400 - $206,800
Zone C: $145,800 - $190,350
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
