As the Product Owner for the IAM product team, you will work as the interface between product management, customers, and the engineering teams prioritizing the work of an agile team to maximize product value and feature impact. You turn the product vision into reality.
We are the customer Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, an integral component of the Compute Foundation - a dynamic, agile team that’s responsible for developing systems to collect and aggregate usage data, transform usage to billable units and facilitate invoicing the customer for usage across all HERE services.
Your day-to-day responsibility is about working within the agile teams building and prioritizing the team activities based on customer value and product manager’s input. Preparing clear and focused user stories for the team to act on is your core competence. You are innovative, but, in the end, a team player that commits to the agreed processes and works according to agile principles.
Who are you?While you work in an agile team, you are also part of the HERE Product Owner family and collaborate with other Product Owners to exchange ideas, improve ways of working and share best practices on a continuous basis.
- 12+ years of experience in technology or software industry in a technical leader role, ideally as an architect, in product management or having product ownership.
- BS in CS / Engineering or related field and the ability to conceptualize and develop technical requirements for complex business systems.
- Capability to make small and big decisions on your own after consulting with stakeholders and considering the relevant constraints.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to express the requirements and user stories in a compact and precise manner.
- Mindset to always improve ways of working to reduce waste and make the work to flow with less and less obstacles to improve productivity.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and medium-sized projects towards common goals on tight deadlines.
- Skill to see a few steps ahead so that you are able handle the dependencies before they become obstacles.
- Creative, strategic thinking required with the ability to work flexibly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational influencing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work under pressure.

In this position you will be part of the IAM product team within Compute Foundation organization, which is team is responsible for providing the enabling layers to the HERE Platform through Identity and Access Management, Accounting, Billing, Container Orchestration, Cloud Abstraction. Compute Foundation services are mission-critical and meet demanding compliance, security, performance, and uptime requirements.
