The Sr Program Specialist oversees ELV projects focusing on cost management, vendor relations, risk management, and team leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
Role Summary Responsible for leading ELV projects with accountability for project cost, customer relationship management, vendor management, and adherence to Organization standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and execution aligned with business objectives
- Project Implementation oversight and integration with processes
- Cost Management including budgeting and resource allocation
- Customer Relationship Management to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Vendor Management including contracts and service delivery
- Risk Management and compliance
- Team Leadership across cross-functional groups
- Reporting and documentation for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering- E&TC or Electrical or Instrumentation
- PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
- knowledge of SAP modules
- Proven experience in ELV project management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Different Project methodologies
- Knowledge of Change Management practices
- Experience managing diverse and global teams
