Job Details
This role is responsible for supporting planning, implementing, and evaluating assigned IT projects across the organization. Project Coordinators position is just one level below Project Managers' position. Project Coordinators work closely with project/program managers in ensuring that the project/program deliverables/outcomes are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and allocated resources. They own the processes for all the projects under them.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Analyst - Mandatory:

• Monitor and control projects spent against approved budgets, proactively identify variances, implement corrective actions to maintain budget discipline
• Sets up, monitors, and maintains accurate information and updates all pertinent data in appropriate project databases such as faculty, program(s), and budget information
• Provides support to functional managers to ensure accurate resource capacity planning
• Organizes and creates structure for the communication of changes/updates to all stakeholders

Project Coordinator - Good to Have:

• Provides project coordination and work window management to ensure the project progresses on schedule•
• Prepares monthly product dashboards for submission to required authorities Provides general support for Project Management methodology.
• Supports monitoring and tracking of project deliverables to ensure that they are submitted within the period of performance and at high quality
• Ensures the completion of project-specific requirements and works with the association or sponsor when appropriate to coordinate activities
• Ensures the system is configured to meet the defined business processes

Work timings: 12 pm to 9 pm IST
Work Experience:

• 6 to 12 years of experience
  Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  Must have managed IT Project financials through the life cycle of the project

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.
