We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to drive quality assurance efforts across complex software systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in both manual and automation testing, along with hands-on experience in modern automation tools. A solid foundation in QA principles and the ability to design scalable test frameworks are essential.
Ensure high product quality through efficient defect detection, risk assessment, and collaboration across cross-functional teams
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to validate software against business, technical, and compliance requirements
Grow into test automation responsibilities over time, with TestComplete as the primary automation tool

Cloud Architecture: OCI, Microsoft Azure
Frameworks: TestNG
Tracking & Management: JIRA, TestRail
Design, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts for web and desktop applications
Conduct functional, integration, regression, system, and exploratory testing
Ensure software meets business, technical, and compliance requirements
Log, track, and manage defects through resolution using JIRA or similar tools
Perform root cause analysis, collaborate with developers on fixes, and suggest preventive improvements
Verify security controls and assist in vulnerability testing initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation and traceability matrices to support audit readiness
Communicate release readiness to product and development stakeholders
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and security teams in an Agile environment
Take part in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and standards
Gradually expand into test automation using TestComplete, including support for CI/CD integration
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience), such as B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or an MCS/MCA with a Computer Science specialization
5 –7 years of QA experience with strong proficiency in both manual and automated testing
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
Proven experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and defect documentation
Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
Basic scripting knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or Python
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA and TestRail
Exposure to TestComplete or Selenium
