This role supports HERE's Customer Success and Technical Support operations by optimizing workflows, enhancing dashboards, and driving process improvements. It involves cross-functional collaboration to implement automation and standardization while continuously developing technical expertise and contributing to team knowledge sharing.
Operations SupportMaintain and improve workflows and configurations within ServiceNow, Gainsight, and JIRA
Monitor system performance and update dashboards
Provide daily support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues
Enhance operational efficiency within global sales operations through improved tools, training, and process management.
Identify automation opportunities and optimize performance.
Document and refine operational processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs
Translate requirements into system updates and improvements
Expand knowledge of tools like ServiceNow, Gainsight, Jira Service Cloud, and GenAI
Share insights and contribute to team learning
Operates with urgency and a proactive mindset, often independently with moderate supervision
Functions as an individual contributor in a global role, partnering across teams
Influences team-level decisions and contributes to quality, efficiency, and project outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience, including 2+ years in CRM and Sales Operations.
- Jira Service Management and Tableau expertise is preferred
- Excellent team player with the ability to work within a collaborative and cross functional environment.
- Creative, resourceful, and innovative problem solver.
- Great communication skills (including active listening and comprehending requirements).
- Preferred experience in high-tech B2B or B2B2C environments.
- Ability to teach and implement best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Healthy skepticism and curiosity – seeks feedback with an open mind and strives for deeper understanding through data
- Self-starter with curiosity and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong cross-team working relationships and collaboration
