The Opportunity
As a Salesforce Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for transforming design and product vision into working product and you will develop, customize, and enhance the functionalities of Salesforce. You will contribute to development of a cutting-edge platform that empowers our organization's digital capabilities for Patients and Healthcare Professionals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with agile/scrum team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and utilize agile engineering practices and various software and web development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance customer and employee experience.
- Maintain and develop digital products (client-facing application side), continuously deliver enhancements through CI/CD practices.
- Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions together with other Salesforce engineers, including features and system requirements that might require Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Heroku, or integration of Web Services.
- Continuously engage with stakeholders to demonstrate and validate developed functionality.
- Thrive in a complex environment and enjoy working autonomously.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, product management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience developing software as a full-stack developer, with a strong orientation towards Salesforce-based technologies and having worked in DevOps models and agile methodologies.
- Extensive experience in Salesforce development, including core Salesforce Service Cloud features such as omni-channel, email-to-case, knowledge, approvals, reports, and dashboards (required).
- Technical skills in Flows and metadata, with mandatory experience in Conga Composer, sDocs, or Adobe (document generation and email templates).
- Knowledge of working in a multi-org Salesforce platform architecture and its supporting infrastructure components.
- Experience with code refactoring, design patterns, test-driven development, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications, and application security.
- Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information.
- Ability to write and speak in the English language.
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Service Cloud, Advanced Admin, Agentforce, Business Analyst, and Platform App Builder, or demonstrable experience.
- Experience with Genesys and Salesforce Surveys.
- Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Copado
