Job OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with 5–7 years of experience to join our dynamic product development team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in core JavaScript concepts (closures, scoping, event loop, etc.), hands-on experience with ReactJS and Redux, and a track record of building performant, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications. Experience with CSS frameworks, HTML, and performance optimization techniques is essential. Basic familiarity with Java is a plus.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain responsive and high-performance web applications using ReactJS and Redux.
Apply in-depth understanding of JavaScript fundamentals (closures, scoping, event bubbling, asynchronous behavior) to write clean and efficient code.
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Implement and optimize styles using CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind, Material UI).
Drive frontend performance improvements and reduce load times through optimization techniques and tooling.
Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices in frontend architecture.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI-related bugs and issues.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality and maintainability.
Understand and integrate APIs, and contribute to frontend-backend integration strategy.
Contribute to system design and technical architecture decisions.
5–7 years of experience in frontend development.
Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) including advanced concepts like closures, scoping, hoisting, and the event loop.
Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and Redux in production environments.
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and familiarity with CSS preprocessors and utility-first frameworks.
Experience in optimizing frontend performance (lazy loading, code splitting, reducing bundle size, etc.).
Working knowledge of version control (Git), and experience in CI/CD workflows.
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues.
Basic understanding of Java, Backend for Frontend is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
