Sr. Specialist, Market Data Services - Nuveen Global Investment Operations
The role of the Specialist Market Data Services focuses primarily on supporting the US team with the full lifecycle of invoice processing, which includes: entering information into our tracking system, coding/ validating of cost allocation and cost centers, and ensuring invoices are paid in a timely fashion. To be successful, the right candidate must be a team player who is proactive with strong customer service orientation.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Daily oversight of invoice processing in our Inventory tracking system (FITS) and in the Corporate Accounts Payable System (INSPYRUS)
- Create recurring summary reports detailing outstanding issues with unprocessed invoices to be reviewed and assessed with the US MDS team
- Process requests to add, cancel or re-assign services due to moves, departures or change in business requirements
- Research and identify opportunities for cost reductions and savings
- Produce clear and measurable goals focused on continuous improvement.
- Interface with internal and external business teams to identify root cause of exceptions and assist with corrective and preventive action
- Train and coach peer team members
- University (Degree) Preferred
