Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Determine, develop, and implement Program Management best practices and methodologies at governance level
Establish and manage operating rhythms for clarity and visibility of priorities, progress and risks
Ensure defined project management processes and practices are followed. Drive simplification and improvement, as necessary.
Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required.
Partner with Finance function and Senior Leadership for ongoing financial reviews and tracking
Prepare comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation & Proven experience in planning.
Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership in specifying requirements.
Cooperate with and manage external vendors as required.
Drive continuous improvement of Application Management Playbook and related processes and standards using LEAN principles
Develop and execute a plan for simplify application operations, reduce inefficiencies and build team capability
Promote the implementation of LEAN tools and practices, including KPIs, Bowler charts and structured problem-solving techniques
Education Qualification
Desired Characteristics:
Bachelor's Degree in with significant experience
Strong understanding and knowledge of various project and portfolio management methodologies with track record of implementing shared standards for large organizations
Capable to Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
Proven experience using project management methodologies to deliver business value and drive significant change across an organization
Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals
Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization
Self-starter - requires minimal direction to accomplish goals
Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
Experience working with others on a global basis
Applies knowledge to coach and mentor others
