We are looking for a talented and versatile Sr. UI/UX Designer & Developer to join our team and help us bring our vision to life. In this role, you will work in our Pune, Maharashtra office as an integral member of our Technical Delivery team to ensure we increase our company’s success with our growing base of clients.

Job Summary

As a Sr. UI/UX Designer & Developer, you will be responsible for both designing and developing user interfaces and experiences. You will work closely with our product, design, and development teams to create seamless and visually appealing digital solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Visual Design: Design visually compelling interfaces that align with the solution design guidelines. Lead the development and maintenance of our design guidelines.
• Front-End Development: Implement designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create responsive and interactive user interfaces.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design and development are aligned.
• User Testing & Feedback: Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

What You’ll Need:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field and equivalent experience.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in designing and development.
• A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design and front-end development examples.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Mosaic, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma).
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, BitBucket).
• Experience using AI tools like GitHub Copilot or others to build HTML/CSS UI/UX standards.
