Senior UX Designer (4 to 6 years’ Experience)
Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior-Level UX Designer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design principles, a passion for solving complex problems, and the ability to craft seamless and delightful user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and UX Designers, to translate user needs into innovative design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
User Research & Analysis:
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics to gather insights. Develop personas, user journeys, and use cases to inform design decisions.
Design Excellence:
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms.
Develop and refine design systems to ensure consistency across products.
Leverage feedback from stakeholders and users to iterate on designs.
Strategic Thinking:
Translate business goals and user needs into seamless digital experiences.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs align with technical feasibility and project requirements.
Stay ahead of UX trends and integrate innovative ideas into our processes.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with developers, visual designers, and QA teams to ensure the implementation aligns with the design vision.
Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills & Experience
- :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or Certification in UX.
4+ years in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in crafting user-centric designs. Experience in designing Enterprise B2B applications and familiarity with the cybersecurity domain will be considered a significant advantage. Familiarity with design for emerging technologies like AI, VR/AR, or voice interfaces.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. Knowledge of analytics tools to measure UX performance. Tools for emerging technologies like AR/VR is good to have skill.
Hands-on experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Technical Knowledge:
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, andfamiliarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
