Staff Nurse

Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care and support clinical operations. The role involves patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring clinical conditions, and assisting in medical procedures while ensuring strict adherence to hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing patient recovery, safety, and overall care experience through a patient-centric approach.  
Responsibilities 

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
• Monitor patient vitals and clinical condition; promptly report any changes to the medical team.
• Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as per physician orders.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Ensure adherence to infection control practices and patient safety standards (e.g., NABH guidelines)  
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, post-discharge care, and preventive measures.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic environment to support patient well-being.  
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.  
• Operate and maintain medical equipment responsibly.
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide first-line care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Registered Nurse with a valid state nursing license.  
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification and strong emergency response skills.
• Sound knowledge of infection control practices and emergency response protocols.  
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
