Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.
Our mission to deliver honest financial products that improve lives extends beyond borders. Consumers across the globe need safe, transparent financing. Our retail partners and merchants need Affirm to be there for them, wherever that might be. To help achieve this vision, we are expanding our product lines and becoming a global company.

This team owns the Consumer Authentication, Identity and Fraud product domains across all Affirm surfaces (including checkout, mobile app and partner experiences). As a Staff Product Manager, you will be a senior member of this team, responsible for fueling Affirm’s growth while safeguarding Affirm users from fraud. You will play a critical role in understanding and optimizing the consumer journey within these domains to drive engagement, reduce friction, and improve conversion.

- Roadmap Ownership: Develop, prioritize, and execute a dynamic product roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term innovation. Prioritize initiatives based on their potential impact on consumer journey metrics and overall business growth.
- Analytics: Work with the analytics team to measure ongoing success of the product area and report to the leadership team. Define, monitor, and analyze key consumer journey metrics, such as conversion rates, completion rates, and user engagement, to identify areas for optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data analytics, user research, marketing, infosec, fraud and other teams to ensure smooth product development. Act as the glue that keeps stakeholders aligned and on track.
