What are we looking for?
Salesforce Certifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Required); Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (Preferred).
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
What will you do?
You will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, particularly in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities, to support our business objectives. This role will require a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies and best practices, along with a collaborative mindset to work closely with various stakeholders.
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and the Lightning Component Framework, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and integration capabilities.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other web services.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Git, GearSet, Flosum, and Copado.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience with Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
