Job Description
Role Overview:
Lead technical initiatives for web-based conversational interfaces and assist panels. Drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and deliver innovative AI-powered experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Own design and architecture for complex web features and integrations.
• Implement advanced capabilities like custom skills, skill discovery, and enhanced chat workflows.
• Ensure high standards for reliability, scalability, and accessibility.
• Mentor junior engineers and influence best practices across teams.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and AI teams to shape technical strategy.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• 8+ years of Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript/ReACT, modern web frameworks, and REST APIs.
• Strong experience with scalable architecture and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of AI/ML integration and conversational UI patterns.
• Leadership in technical decision-making and mentoring.

Preferred:

• ServiceNow platform experience.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS and accessibility standards.
• Experience in prompt engineering and GenAl
• Experience in using Al productivity tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, etc. is a plus or nice to have
