Job Description

We are seeking an innovative Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves building a highly scalable Cloud Automation software platform and utilizing the power of AI to create reliable solutions for managing infrastructure components and services in ServiceNow cloud environment as well as public cloud environments like Azure, AWS and GCP. If you are passionate about AI and cloud technologies and aspire to optimize infrastructure management, this role is a perfect fit for you.

• Develop and integrate high quality AI solutions to optimize and automate cloud Infrastructure Operations and Service Management using ServiceNow ITOM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and reusable cloud orchestration services and data pipelines.
• Implement robust AI-driven algorithms and models to enhance system efficiency and predictive maintenance.
• Drive innovation by exploring new AI technologies and methodologies to solve complex challenges in cloud automation.
• Develop clean and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
• Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• 9+ years of Overall experience with preferably 2+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure technologies and AI applications.
• Experience of deploying applications or services in Cloud environments like GCP/Azure/AWS
• Ability to manage projects with material technical risk at a team level
• Strong proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Solid experience in Java, JavaScript, or Python programming.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing AI solutions for IT operations management.
• Comprehensive understanding of cloud technologies and distributed computing paradigms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on design and building reusable, scalable components.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Desirable Skills:
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM or similar IT operations management software.
• Knowledge in advanced data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Certificate in AI or cloud technologies is a plus.
