Roles & responsibilities:
Solves high-impact, ambiguous problems across teams.
Introduces new technologies and frameworks to improve team productivity.
Leads initiatives that reduce technical debt at a squad level.
Applies high-risk changes to complex engineering ecosystems with precision.
Produces unique and informed insights with sound rationale.
Identifies technical opportunities and actively seeks sponsorship.
Guides technical decisions within team.
Influences product roadmaps and technical roadmaps
Identify and reduce toil
Encourages engineers to take responsibility for their work and its impact on the broader organisation.
Leads in Engineering interviews.
Essential skills:
12+ Years of experience of experience in relevant field.
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills on .NET.
Worked on AWS Services and VPC and Networking (MUST)
Excellent understanding of the infrastructure that runs .NET applications – IIS, Web Servers, Kestrel, Containers, etc.
Have experience in CI/CD pipelines with integrated automated testing and governance.
Hands on skills with scripting
Experience with the full software development lifecycle and delivery using Agile practices with specific focus on the following concepts: source control, CI/CD, automated testing, logging, and monitoring.
Have a great understanding of software delivery practices and lifecycles in Agile methodologies.
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
