Identifies and develops strategic partnerships with corporations, nonprofits, institutions, donors, and collaborators. Creates proposals and partnership pitches, maintains partner relationships through updates and reporting, represents the organization at meetings and events, supports grant and fundraising efforts, and evaluates partnership outcomes.
Job Brief: The Strategic Partnership Officer is responsible for identifying, initiating, and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, institutions, donors, and collaborators that align with the organization’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new partnership opportunities with corporates, nonprofits, and institutions.
- Develop proposals and partnership pitches tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with current partners through regular updates and reports.
- Represent the organization in partnership meetings and events.
- Support grant applications and fundraising efforts in collaboration with the programs and fundraising teams.
- Track and evaluate the outcomes of partnership engagements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Law or any related field
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Proposal writing or donor engagement experience is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong negotiation skills are necessary for securing favorable terms.
