Job Summary
The PS Planner plays a critical support role for customers’ success. Utilizing a combination of Baxter Planning supply chain planning software and Best Practices, planners work to provide customer support with objective to utilize the Baxter Planning software to it maximum potential.
Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a supporting role to other members of the Planning Team to help ensure customers receive exception value from planning solutions delivered by Baxter Planning
  • Extracting data from our Planning Tool into Excel and manipulating it to meet business requirements
  • Perform support tasks for PaaS customers including governance tasks, custom reports and customized PaaS tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Assist with data and content for Business Reviews
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop new Best Practices and improve existing ones for delivering planning solutions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of supply chain experience is a must
  • This role requires to work in morning hours (4AM – 1PM IST)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to influence/assist customer contacts
  • Capability to work independently and in cross-functional teams that are passionate about delivering value to customers
  • Excellent prioritization skills
  • Ability to perform challenging tasks under the pressure of an environment where results can have a large monetary impact to customers
  • Creative problem solving and technical skills including advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLookup, etc.)
  • Strong initiative and competitive attitude to review processes and define better methods for supporting customers and optimizing supply chains
