Support Analyst for Trading Applications, providing production support, troubleshooting, and development for global front office systems using SQL and Unix.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Work on Trading Operations for Asia’s Leading Brokerage’s Global Front Office Systems
- Interact with Dealers/Traders/Business Heads across the globe as required
- Day to day support and trouble shooting and development utilizing SQL, PL/SQL and Unix shell scripting/Perl.
- Will work on rollouts to New Markets/Stock Exchanges.
- Will work on Critical Order Management/Trading Systems.
- Follow standards and best practices, involving the broader technology organization where appropriate
Requirements
- Production support experience with good problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in SQL, Unix scripting skills.
- Must have exposure to working directly with end customers/business, vendors, other project stakeholders as needed.
- Good technical knowledge in SQL and Unix
