We’re hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Decipher to act as the domain expert on survey programming workflows.
You’ll own the end-to-end survey lifecycle in Decipher while working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and AI teams to translate real-world research processes into automated, scalable solutions.
Program and manage surveys end-to-end on Decipher, including complex logic, randomization, and advanced flows
Act as the SME for Decipher, ensuring best practices are followed in all survey builds
Test, troubleshoot, and identify usability or logic gaps in Decipher surveys
Provide structured feedback to improve AI-driven automation accuracy and user experience
Collaborate with product & engineering to translate survey workflows into AI tools
Support customer demos by showcasing Decipher workflows
Resolve Decipher-related support tickets and provide training when needed
Core Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in Decipher survey programming
Strong knowledge of survey design, sampling, and exports
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
