As the Agile Team Product Owner, you will manage product increment execution, prioritize requirements, coordinate teams, assess software changes, and ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions while collaborating with stakeholders.

In this role, you will serve as the Agile Team Product Owner, ensuring the successful delivery of Product Increment scope. You will help define and prioritize requirements, evaluate software changes, and collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Agile Software Development:
- Plan, monitor, and manage product increment execution within budget, schedule, and scope
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
- Identify and address risks and issues.
- Progress updates and status reports.
- Gather, refine, and document technical and functional requirements.
- Translate requirements into actionable user stories with clear criteria.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Lead change assessment for impact on software and timelines.
- Collaborate with technical teams to recommend feasible solutions.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
- Provide regular updates on progress and risks.
- Validate features against acceptance criteria and gather user feedback.
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical project management or Product Ownership.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies.
- Expertise in breaking down complex, ambiguous information into actionable plans.
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with experience in 8D/Root Cause Analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to foster open communication, build trust, and establish accountability within teams.
