Position: Informatica Developer
Experience: 4-7 years
Location: Bangalore/Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter or similar tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, optimize, and implement SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Work extensively with DB2 databases to ensure efficient and accurate data management.
- Monitor ETL workflows to ensure optimal performance and resolve any issues.
- Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of ETL processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and database solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter or similar ETL tools.
- Strong expertise in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with DB2 database management and optimization.
- Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
- Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning of ETL workflows and SQL queries.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like Control-M or Autosys (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
