Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst III with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Absence Management, and Reorganizations). This role partners closely with HR, Finance, business leaders, and IT to support organizational and work structure changes across a global enterprise. The ideal candidate brings strong functional expertise, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, global delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Absence Management.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, sustainable functional solutions.
Act as a primary liaison between HR, Finance, Financial Systems, IT, and downstream systems during reorganization initiatives.
Lead reorganization planning discussions, requirement workshops, and system impact assessments from an HCM perspective.
Provide clear status updates, decision support, and post–re-org validation results to stakeholders.
Proactively communicate timelines, dependencies, and system impacts to ensure smooth execution and prevent processing issues.
Execute and validate mass updates related to reorganizations, including manager changes, department transfers, job changes, and position updates.
Configure and maintain Core HR work structures, including legal entities, business units, departments, jobs, grades, positions, and worker assignments.
Configure and support Absence Management components such as absence plans, eligibility profiles, accrual rules, and approval workflows.
Support production issues, system enhancements, and quarterly Oracle HCM updates, including review and testing activities.
Participate in and support unit, integration, and UAT testing, with a strong focus on reorganization and absence-related scenarios.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining Oracle HCM Core HR work structures.
Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Absence Management.
Strong experience with mass data updates using HDL and HSDL.
Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.
Exposure to Oracle Time and Labor is a plus.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Core HR and Absence Management.
