We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to be the operational anchor of our recruiting team across Product, Engineering, and Design. This isn’t a traditional “scheduling-only” coordinator role. You’ll drive structure, rigor, and velocity across our hiring workflows — from candidate communications and interview loop setup, to funnel hygiene, reporting, and TA team rituals. You’ll be the glue that keeps our team aligned and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. What You’ll Own:

  1. Coordination & Candidate Experience: Own candidate communications and ensure a smooth journey across global time zones. Proactively track progress, follow up on gaps, and maintain a zero dropped-ball process.

  2. Hiring Program Ops: Partner with recruiters to finalize JDs, create rubrics, design interview loops, and prepare interviewers. Ensure every role has a single source of truth.

  3. Funnel Hygiene & Reporting: Keep our ATS data clean, run weekly reporting, and highlight blockers and insights for recruiters and leadership.

  4. Rituals & Cadence Management: Own weekly TA syncs: agendas, action items, and follow-through. Keep the team focused and accountable.

  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs, TA Ops, and Finance to align on hiring data, compliance, and governance. Document processes and templatize what works.

  6. Nice-to-Have: Experience supporting offer governance, light sourcing, or surge hiring operations.

  1. Bring your experience in TA coordination, recruiting ops, or hiring programs (open to 4 years if you’re exceptionally strong).

  2. Are hands-on with a modern ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever).

  3. Are fluent with tools like Slack, Notion, GCal/Outlook, Asana, and leverage AI tools for speed and quality.

  4. Have experience with global scheduling (India ↔ North America/Europe).

  5. Are detail-obsessed, proactive, and treat candidate experience as personal accountability.

  6. Thrive in async, high-ownership, fast-moving environments.
