Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment projects, candidate screening, interview coordination, and maintaining candidate records while ensuring communication and engagement during the hiring process.
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment projects and initiatives. This internship is ideal for someone interested in human resources, recruitment, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in ongoing recruitment projects
- Assist with screening and shortlisting candidate profiles based on role requirements
- Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support candidate communication and engagement throughout the hiring process
- Assist the team with administrative and coordination tasks related to hiring
Eligibility / Requirements:
- Fresh graduates with a background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management and a strong interest in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition are encouraged to apply.
- Conversational fluency in Spanish is mandatory
- Strong communication and organizational skills
