Atlan is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to help us find and engage the next generation of world-class Atlanians. You’ll work closely with our recruiting team to find exceptional candidates, design delightful candidate experiences, and help scale our hiring processes.

What will you do?
  • Sourcing & Research: Find creative ways to identify and engage top talent across functions like Engineering, Product, and Design.

  • Candidate Experience: Help design and deliver empathetic, human-first communication at every step of the process.

  • Operational Excellence: Track candidate pipelines, spot bottlenecks, and suggest improvements using data.

  • Hiring Projects: Take ownership of specific hiring projects — from sourcing to scheduling to closing the loop with candidates.

  • Innovation: Experiment with new ideas in recruiting (e.g., automation, or creative outreach campaigns).

What makes you a great fit?

We value problem-solving skills and the ability to work well with people, and while prior internship experience in recruiting or HR operations is a big plus, it’s not a mandatory requirement to succeed in this role.
