About the Role:
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help us grow our team at Nanonets. This role is perfect for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to directly shape how a startup scales. You’ll own the hiring process end-to-end, partner closely with our leaders across functions, and play a key role in building the teams that power our next stage of growth. Along the way, you’ll help craft an outstanding candidate experience and strengthen our employer brand.
Responsibilities:
- Run the end-to-end hiring process across technical and non-technical roles, making sure every candidate has a smooth and positive experience.
- Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand team needs and turn them into clear role requirements.
- Build strong pipelines through creative sourcing and proactive outreach, not just waiting for inbound applicants.
- Own recruiting operations—coordinate debriefs, manage offers and negotiations, and keep processes moving without bottlenecks.
- Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance, funnel conversion) and share insights that drive smarter decisions.
- Continuously improve processes and look for ways to use automation or AI to speed things up and improve quality.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and help us tell the Nanonets story to potential candidates.
- Mentor and support junior recruiters or interns, helping them grow into stronger contributors.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS, product, other high-growth tech environments, or with reputable recruitment agencies
- Proven track record hiring across Engineering, Deep Learning, GTM, and Business functions.
- Strong sourcing abilities with a knack for engaging passive candidates.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven approach—comfortable analyzing recruiting performance and acting on insights.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a definite plus.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-driven sourcing methods is an advantage.
