Key Accountability:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for non-technical positions including HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Procurement, Legal, Supply Chain, Administrative functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements, define hiring strategies, and provide market intelligence.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, networking & recruitment agencies.
- Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews & assessment of technical and behavioral fit.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management.
- Drive salary negotiations while ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Source Effectiveness & Candidate Experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical business roles.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies, employment laws, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Manage external recruitment vendors & staffing partners whenever required.
- Participate in employer branding, campus recruitment & recruitment process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on non-technical hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiation & candidate engagement capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting global or shared service centers hiring.
- Exposure to recruitment process improvements & employer branding initiatives.
