As a Talent Acquisition Partner on the People Team in our Gurgaon Office, you will take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment process in India & APAC resulting in hiring top talent for the organisation to meet our ambitious hiring plans. Operating as a senior individual contributor, you will help to proactively build talent pipelines, identify and drive hiring process improvements and partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to provide market insights and best practice guidance.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- to be an experienced TA Partner (7+ years experience) with strong knowledge of talent trends within the India market
- to be a self-starter who can work with ambiguity and has the ability to navigate a less structured environment
- to have a high sense of ownership and a proven track record of identifying and driving process improvements within the recruitment function
- to have experience hiring for a variety of roles from entry-level to experienced hires with a focus on technology, product, professional services and sales hiring
- to have extensive sourcing experience (familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter essential)
- to have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- to have excellent communication and listening skills - you are able to successfully partner with multiple stakeholders providing value-add insights and are unafraid to challenge appropriately
- to be numerate, analytical and pay attention to detail - you are comfortable working with and reporting data
- to be humble - you are open to feedback, admit and learn from mistakes and enjoy new ways of doing things
- to be highly organised and are able to move fast to operate at scale and hire at volume
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience of campus hiring
- Experience hiring for the Ad-tech industry
- Experience of hiring in APAC market
How you’ll make an impact:
As a TA Partner, you will:
- Manage full lifecycle of recruitment: process, strategy, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling, guiding candidates through the interview process, offer negotiation
- Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders (HRBPs and business leaders) to understand hiring forecasts and recruiting priorities and to fill hiring needs in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent candidate experiences and internal client service
- Be proactive in identifying a strong pipeline across live positions and for future roles
- Coach managers / interviewers to incorporate capability and competency based assessments during their interview.
- Juggle multiple requisitions, across various business units
- Lead initiatives / projects to improve recruiting efficiencies, hiring quality and employer branding
- Build relationships with local universities to drive pipeline for entry-level hiring
- Maintain the integrity of the applicant tracking system and pipeline / requisition trackers
- Embed yourself successfully within the business - understanding key departmental challenges and opportunities and making recommendations to managers and leaders from a talent attraction and acquisition perspective
