Job Description
This position will be hired by an external agency for 12 months.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to be our primary local presence in Chile. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while driving the local compliance and validation steps required to navigate Chile’s unique regulatory environment. You will manage the talent journey from initial contact to on-site readiness, ensuring our professionals are ready to join the organization according to established project timelines.
Key Responsibilities by Area
1. Full Life-Cycle Recruitment
Active Sourcing & Recruitment: Identifying and engaging the best candidates for complex and niche roles, ensuring all talent pipelines are aligned with non-negotiable business deadlines.
Workday Management: Owning the use of Workday to evaluate candidates, manage interview stages, and build final offer letters for approval in collaboration with local HRBPs.
Sourcing Channels: Strategically utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and local platforms like Trabajando.com to maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline.
2. Local Operations & Compliance
External Coordination: Proactively managing the relationship and scheduling with external health and assessment providers to facilitate candidate evaluations and minimize process lead times.
Candidate Facilitation: Owning the post-selection compliance phase as the local point of contact for document validation, including medical clearances and required certifications.
Onboarding Support: Ensuring all physical signatures and original paper documentation meet local legal standards and client-site requirements for successful candidate starts.
3. Regional Engagement & Brand
Stakeholder Communication: Partnering with Hiring Managers in Chile and regional leadership in Brazil to provide regular updates on recruitment status and local market dynamics.
Brand Ambassadorship: Representing Motorola Solutions at career fairs and university events to build local talent networks for future needs.
Local Office Presence: Serving as the on-the-ground resource for the Santiago office, including managing internal documentation transfers and administrative readiness.

Basic Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
Linguistic Skills: Advanced English and Spanish.
Location: Based in Santiago, with the availability to work from our Las Condes office (Cerro Colorado 5420) three days per week.
Sourcing Tools: Expert-level use of LinkedIn Recruiter and local job boards (e.g., Trabajando.com).
Soft Skills: High level of autonomy, strong organizational skills, and a proven ability to meet strict deadlines in complex environments.
Desirable (Nice-to-Have):
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience recruiting for the telecommunication, engineering, or mining sectors in Chile.
ATS Proficiency: Direct experience with Workday.
Additional Language: Intermediate Portuguese skills.
