The Role

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Talent Sourcing Recruiter to help us find and pipeline exceptional candidates across our engineering, operations, and corporate functions. This is a high-impact, fully remote position based in India you will work closely with our HR Manager and founding team to build our talent pipeline and support our hiring roadmap across both India and the USA.

This is an exciting opportunity to be an early member of the people team and directly shape how Cogniify grows.

Note this role has to work 8:00AM to 5:00PM PST.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Pipelining: Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates across job boards and platforms in both markets ex. Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed etc. for India; LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and Indeed etc. for the USA. Build and maintain pipelines for current and future openings across both geographies.

  • Screening: Conduct initial resume reviews and phone/video screens to assess candidate fit, motivation, and availability. Summarize findings clearly for hiring managers.

  • Candidate Experience: Manage timely and professional communication with all candidates throughout the process. Represent the Cogniify brand with warmth and clarity across cultures.

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interview loops across multiple time zones (India and USA), working seamlessly with both engineering and business stakeholders.

  • ATS & Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system. Track sourcing metrics by market and share weekly pipeline reports with the HR Manager.

  • Employer Branding: Help develop job descriptions, sourcing copy, and social media posts tailored to each market that attract top talent and reflect Cogniify's culture.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the department heads to understand hiring needs, iterate on job requirements, and prioritize roles in real time across both regions.

Qualifications

  • Dual-Market Experience: 2+ years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience supporting hiring in both India and the USA, ideally at a technology company or multinational staffing agency.

  • India-Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Indian talent landscape, compensation norms, and sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).

  • US-Market Knowledge: Familiarity with US sourcing channels, hiring practices and compliance considerations such as EEO and at-will employment norms.

  • Global Mindset: Comfort working across time zones and managing candidate pipelines in two very different talent markets simultaneously.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills. Ability to craft compelling outreach messages and represent Cogniify professionally across geographies.

  • Organization: Strong attention to detail and an obsession with keeping candidate data clean, pipelines current, and stakeholders informed.

  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and standard productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).

  • Bonus: Experience supporting HR onboarding workflows across both markets; knowledge of US visa and work authorization processes.
