- 管理組織內各部門的全周期招聘流程，包括尋找、篩選、面試和評估候選人。
任職資格
- 具備大學學歷，人力資源管理、企業管理等商管相關科系尤佳；
- 良好的普通話及英語溝通讀寫能力；
- 工作踏實，有親和力，具有團隊合作意識及可獨立工作；
- 可馬上到崗，優先考慮；
- 熟悉區塊鏈、加密貨幣行業優先考慮。
